Returns Policy

We totally get it, sometimes things just don't work out. No worries, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure to send them back within 30 days, or we might have to send out a search party! Unfortunately, we can't take back anything that's custom made or personalised, or any earrings for hygiene reasons. We promise we won't take it personally. To make sure we have all the freshest and yummiest ingredients, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit upfront. Don't worry, we won't run away with your dough! This deposit secures your order and guarantees a scrumptious cake for your special day. Just a heads up, the deposit is non-refundable, but trust us, you won't want to cancel once you taste our cakes! Let's get baking!

Cakes, Cupcakes and Gift Collection

Hey there, eager beaver! If you're itching to get your paws on our products, we've got some good news for you. You can either come and collect them from us, or if you're feeling extra lazy (we won't judge), Mel can deliver them to you in Stevenage and the surrounding areas for a teeny-tiny fee. Just give us a shout and we'll make it happen. We promise not to judge you for being a couch potato!
