UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

 

Hey there, fabulous UK customers! Your Crumbs and Sparkles order will be sent via Royal Mail.

You can choose from:

* Standard (3–5 working days, not tracked): £2.50

* Second Class Signed For£3.95

*First Class Signed For £4.95

Signed For services include tracking and up to £50 compensation, giving you extra peace of mind.

 

A quick note on delivery options:

 

Whenever possible, we recommend choosing a Signed For service to keep things secure and drama-free.

If something goes missing: If you selected a Signed For option and your parcel decides to play hide and seek, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down. For non-tracked Standard deliveries, Royal Mail’s investigation options are more limited, but we’ll still help where we can.

 

Local Delivery (Stevenage/Hitchin)If you’re within a 5-mile radius of Stevenage/Hitchin, you can select Local Delivery (Stevenage/Hitchin) at checkout: Local Delivery: £3.00

International Shipping: We offer international shipping at a flat rate: International Shipping: £35.00. We’ll use a tracked service where possible via Royal Mail (or another suitable carrier). Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. If your parcel experiences delays with the carrier, please get in touch — while we can’t control courier or customs timelines, we’ll always do our best to help you get updates.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We adore our earrings and jewellery just as much as you do!

💎However, for hygiene reasons, returns aren’t accepted on earrings or jewellery once delivered.

If there’s a problem with your order: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to put things right with a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
